It was rumored that the Windows interface was getting an overhaul by the Office 2007 ribbon UI team.  It turns out some proof has finally surfaced in the Milestone 3 build of Windows 7.

Windows detective Long Zheng also found the new ribbon showing up in the Windows Live Movie Maker beta released today.
